247CM: O que inspirou o lançamento desta nova coleção?
Pina Ferlisi: Luxe é inspirado na aparência de joias finas. When I started thinking about the Bendel girl and how she accessorizes her life, it became very clear to me that Luxe could play an important role in her jewelry wardrobe.
PS: O que torna a linha luxuosa para você?
PF: Seu artesanato e usabilidade. Incorporamos os mesmos materiais, técnicas e artesanato que os joalheiros finos usam há décadas. Selecionamos manualmente pedras semipreciosas autênticas e cristais Swarovski e os colocamos em tons de ouro de 12 quilates, ouro rosa de 12 quilates e ródio para criar um visual moderno e atemporal. Vemos essas peças sendo usadas todos os dias, combinadas com suas joias reais ou para realçar suas joias da moda. A melhor parte do Luxe é que essas peças são tão acessíveis quanto aspiracionais.
PS: Henri Bendel é uma marca muito famosa. Como você se baseou em sua herança ao criar Luxe?
PF: Sempre nos baseamos em nossa herança e nos esforçamos para projetar e servir mulheres elegantes como temos feito nos últimos mais de 100 anos, mas Luxe é diferente de tudo que fizemos desde o lançamento de nossa própria linha de acessórios em 2008.
PS: O que vem a seguir para esta linha?
PF: Vejo que a Luxe continua a crescer a cada temporada – podemos até expandir para além das joias. Achamos que Luxe pode ser uma parte importante da nossa marca.
